SERVICES

Bespoke, Custom and Remodelled Jewellery.

When jewellery is described as “Bespoke”, it means that the piece has been individually crafted and is completely unique. Bespoke jewellery offers an opportunity to tailor every detail of the design and materials to create a one-of-a-kind piece that reflects the wearer.

I offer a Bespoke service, in addition to Custom and Remodelling services. “Custom” means altering an existing design concept, and “Remodelling” is when we use your existing materials to create a new design.

I tailor each project to your unique request.

THE PROCESS

01.

DESIGN BRIEF

Click the link to access my Design Brief.

Include lots of inspo pics, pictures of existing jewellery to be remodelled and a description of your request to ensure that I understand your vision. You can also refer to my Price Guide to assist in setting your budget preferences.

02.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

I typically respond within 1-2 weeks of receiving your Design Brief. We can chat over the phone or via email to learn more about your style and preferences and to confirm that I can accommodate your request.

I meet clients for in-person consultations at my Cunderdin office. If you’re not local, we can arrange for you to safely post me your jewellery and conduct the consultation over phone or email once it has arrived.

Don’t worry if you’re not entirely sure what you’d like made. Collaboration on your design is a low-pressure, enjoyable process that I have plenty of experience in. No idea or suggestion is too small or silly - everything you share is helpful. Often, it’s the little touches that make all the difference to the finished piece. The more you share with me, the more tailored your final design will be.

03.

THE DESIGN PROCESS

The design process is unique to each project. I usually provide a cost estimate based on the concept discussed at our consultation. This is followed by a combination of rough sketches, mood boards and gemstone options to refine the design.

If you are happy to continue, you will receive an invoice for my $150 design fee to secure your hand-drawn designs and begin gemstone sourcing. This is non-refundable and credited toward your final cost if you choose to go ahead.

Once the final design is approved, a 50% deposit is taken to source materials and begin crafting your piece.

04.

IN THE WORKSHOP

I carefully craft your piece, a process that typically takes 8-12 weeks depending on the complexity. You’re welcome to request text or photographic updates as your piece progresses.

05.

DELIVERY

Once your piece is completed, you will receive an invoice for the remaining 50% and we can arrange collection.

You can collect your piece in person from the Cunderdin office, or I can organise secure postage.
